This LO was done for a private challenge between portiasmom, scrappercaz and myself. We were to create a LO about a loved one who has passed away. I also got inspiration from TessaAnn's LO "Mo" (for the April scraplift-a-day challenge), so thank Tessa! -------------------------------------------- This is our dear friend, George, who passed away just minutes after midnight on New Years Day 2007. My DH had been friends with him for 7 years, visiting him every week. This photo was taken only a few months before he passed away. He was a joy to be around, we learned so much from him. He is missed terribly but forever in our thoughts. The journaling is the lyrics to the Beatles song 'Places I Remember'.
