This is the finished, framed and matted watercolor painting I did for my daughter's girlfriend Suzanne who wanted it to give to her parents for christmas. This is her and her brother when they were young.
The frame she bought is soo perfect and she bought it way prior to me even knowing exactly how I was going to do this picture, but with the tree and some of the brush background it couldn't have been any more perfect. The frame looks more overall like the top left corner with a little more goldish brown in it; it really looks great with the hair. The inside thin matting I cut was silver and then I added a goldish and some black to make it appear more antique looking like the frame. It looks very nice in real life.
Now off to place the glass in it so I can officially call it completed! YEAH ME!
