This is entered into Julys Use Your Stamps Challenge. I used a K and Company-Confetti paper pad for back ground. I hand punched the corners. I hand punched and saved some matching confetti in a tiny bag, which I will pour into the card/envelope when I give or send it...snicker ;o) I then made a layer of similar colored strips and added a label on top of that. I stamped and powder embossed the sentiment. I also used the same colored strips inside the card. Can tell that I made the envelope? ;o) Thanks muchly for all your comments, votes and kind messages :o)Ro
