My last ATC for February "Whats old is new again". This ATC was a lesson in masking and watercolor. The me&you stamp and die cut at the top required a little bit of work trying to stop the watercolors from bleeding through the edge. I masked the stamped lines and used my Ken Oliver watercolors, then used rose gold foil on top of the masking fluid. The background hearts is a stamp I've had awhile. I heat embossed bonding powder and covered with foil. I really like the distressed look of the hearts. The kitty is my sweet Rocky Ann. The crown and bow are Julie Nutting embellishments that I used mercury glass stickles on then overlaid with crystal lacquer. The little wooden birds I've had for ages, I embossed with a couple of layers of Wow embossing powders, of course I added a little lace, flowers, and some prills.
