Give a Cheer
I made this layout for the Glitz challenge. I never used Glitz before, but gosh did I love these papers!! I also tried to use a few mixed media on this page. The white 'splatters' are liquid applique (thanks for the tip, Gerry and Paulien!) and I also used a lot of misting all over the page. It was a really fun one to make:)
