POD 7 Beavertail Prickly Pear

This prickly pear is outside the civic center plaza in downtown Scottsdale. It is also in a bed that is irrigated so it is ahead of all the other cacti for blooming. It is a very showy cactus and I hope to get a picture of it again in a few day.
