My dgd Cadence on her 3rd birthday. The theme was the Little Mermaid.

For the Monochrome challenge week 1 with the twist of Party Hearty.
Also for One Item at a Time Challenge. I have had the blue bg fancy cut paper for probably 5 yrs. And the dolphin and starfish bling I bought back in 2006 when I was working on my Hawaiian honeymoon album.
