My grandson, Colvin, was so entranced with the waves and the surf last summer, I can hardly wait to see him and his twin, Landon this summer at the beach

I used two sheets of the umbrella paper, coated the top cuts with Glossy Accents and adhered with Helmar's Liquid glue dots. The 'waves' are cheese cloth dyed with Twinkling H20s and stiffened with Helmar's Stiffening and Draping Liquid.
