Monday, October 31st, 2011 – Happy Halloween! I've been on cruise ships on Halloween but this ship out-Halloweened them all! They out-decorated, out-partied and out-celebrated any ship I've ever been on board!

The Ocean Bar where we place trivia twice a day was decked out from floor to ceiling which definitely set the mood. We walked around the ship and took pictures of the Halloween decorations before the parties started.

I had a dress made for the cruise for Halloween out of fabric that is red from one angle and black from another with spider webs all over it. I was the black widow! Bill wore a Blackwater shirt but at least it was black so it was a little bit Halloweeny.

All dressed up that night, we went to the Crow's Nest and the party was in full swing with people in wonderful costumes. I can't believe how many of the ship's guests were dressed for Halloween! After splitting 3 fuzzy navels, we went to the dining room for dinner. Our dining partners, David and Jeff were wearing togas made from the bed sheets!

After dinner we went back up to the Crow's Nest to see more costumes, down to the Queen's Lounge (theater) for a really fun show. Then back up to the Crow's Nest for a short time to check out more costumes.

This is definitely the best Halloween we've ever spent on a ship.
