Hi Stephanie, thanks for leaving a comment in my gallery! To answer your question, I find the trick with stencilling is to not spray too much or too close to the paper, as the mist can bleed underneath the stencil. On that particular page I used a lighter colour first, then used a darker colour in areas to really show the pattern up. Of course, it also helps to keep the stencil super still. You can use washi tape to keep it in place while you spray. Good luck!
