I made this scrappling to attach to a bag of cookies I'm tucking into someone's lunch tomorrow for Valentine's day. I took inspiration from these two projects posted in the gallery. The ice cream cone card gave me the color scheme and the second card, with all the little hearts piled up, the idea of using little heart stamps and trying to make them look like decorated sugar cookies. http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/gallery/member/308311-vronigarmisch/1978690-wf-14-challange-in-a-manner-of-speaking/ [twopeasinabucket.com]http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/gallery/member/251386-seppa/1978682-be-my-valentine-bendy-card-samantha-walker/ [twopeasinabucket.com]I stamped the kraft card stock strip with a background heart stamp and embossed with pink powder. The hearts were stamped and embossed with white powder and fussy cut, then I went over parts of them with a glue pen and added pink glitter, trying to emulate the effect of pink sugar sprinkles. I stamped the words in coffee coloured dye ink on white paper, cut them out and adhered them to the front of the heart 'cookies" and pop dotted the cookies on the card. I added a punch cut pink border and stamped a single row of hearts in coffee colour, using the same background stamp but inking only the top row of hearts. Finally added some pink and brown twine to the top.I think the inside is pretty self explanitory. Thanks for looking.
