This is our second born, Adam, with a little friend in the nursery at church. I used Echo Park Dino Friends collection for this. The blue cs was run through the Cuttlebug using Sizzix large polka dot folder to emboss the circles on it. Then I used some yellow ink to highlight the circles. The circle border was punched from pp. The red border was made using Fiskars deckle scissors. The rest is stickers and cut outs. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
