A perpetual album is one that a scrapbooker adds to as photos are taken and stories are recorded about the subjects in the album. In order to have the supplies needed to keep a perpetual album going (papers, cardstock, ribbons, buttons, etc.) there needs to be a place where the supplies can be stored together.
