A quick LO about my DS short-lived snail phobia. He honestly was scared still of them...couldn't move. This lasted for about 3 weeks...the longest yet!!
Journaling reads:
For some unknown reason you have developed this insane fear of...are you ready for it? SNAILS. Yep, that’s right! Those quick footed, sly thinking, better watch it or they’ll get you SNAILS! And this isn’t just some little protest. I’m talking stop dead in your tracks & squeal at the top of your lungs. You will cry & be frozen, to the point where I have to calmly walk you through the maze of terrorizing snails. I have to say that this has definitely slowed down our morning ritual. You have started to ask before you get out of the house or car if there are any snails on the ground. Now I have to admit that I’m not a huge fan of the slimy things...but this is coming from a kid, who just a week ago was picking them up and playing with them. You are such an oddball...but I love ya!
