I'm always on the lookout for the security staff. It would be far worse if you got caught..being in the job you are LOL!! I remember when Erjaan was taking pictures of ladies underwear and got asked to leave... too funny.

As a person who has been asked to "LEAVE THE STORE'", I say relax, it only seems to happen in women's clothing stores. I have done it dozens of time and only been asked to leave when I tried it at Victoria Secret. You gotta wonder in this day and age why they bother? What could we be "stealing"? I had to laugh that you photo reminded me of a tiger's stripes.

Gorgeous shot! Last year, I wanted to take pics of WalMArt and Fred Meyers while I did my Thanksgiving shopping. Didn't have any problems at Fred's, but I was told at WM that if I'm caught taking photos inside the store I will be told to leave the premises immediately and will NOT be welcomed back -- apparently, this is a national policy, not just a local one.
To be on "the safe side," be sure to ask first!

LOL ~ you are too funny! I took my camera out at the restaurant tonight to take a picture of a fork on a plate and my husband didn't even bat an eye! He is finally learning! Great picture!

I might be a little embarrassed to take a pic in the store, but I wouldn't feel like they would ask me to leave (bad for money making). Now if there were signs all over saying, no pics, then that would be different!

I don't think there are any rules about taking photos of flowers... they might make funny looks at you - but who among us has not had THAT happen :) Great photo!
