A close up of the oak tree showing the Spanish Moss that grows down here in Florida. Its much thicker than northern varieties I have seen. Crackers used to use it to stuff matresses ( and sometimes furniture). It works well for a mulch for bulbs too. one must gather it off the trees only. Moss off the ground has chiggers. OUCH!
