Idea to note: To create the pegboard look here, I placed marks 1 inch apart on the background paper and used an 'anywhere hole punch' to punch the holes. Washers are painted and sanded.
This is a funny story about my niece - she likes to scare people! Journaling reads: "You get such a kick out of scaring people! It’s so funny! Grandma taught you first and now you just do it every chance you get. You’ll open your mouth wide and give a real spooky yell. If the person you’re trying to scare doesn’t react, you’ll just do it louder and louder! When we run away in fright, you are satisfied! You are our very funny, very scary baby!"
