Journaling reads: Natalie was having so much fun drawing on the driveway with her sidewalk chalk. She didn't care that she was crawling all over her art and getting chalk all over her pants. Her jeans were covered with chalk! She was so proud of her masterpiece ,she said that she was drawing the sun. It was a beautiful sun too, one with all the colors of the rainbow. Natalie worked so hard on it. When she fininsed with a color, she'd add it to the row of chalk next to the sun. She had such a good time and I enjoyed watching her. October 2007
