When I was four years old my mom's friend gave me my first tutu. We then went down to my grandma's yard and had a photoshoot. The "scallops" around the circle were done using a border punch. The big frame and chipboard are pop-dotted. Title was done using Martha Stewart rubon letters- very pretty but a big pain to work with. Sorry the picture is so light- the colors are much better IRL...Thanks so much for looking!!
