This was a fun page. I used a 12 x 12 vellum sheet that had a tropical sunset with palm trees on it and layed it over two different colors of orange cardstock, which was not straight. I liked it better that way. The palm trees are die cuts that my local scrap book store cut out for me. I embossed the trees with 2 different greens for the leaves and two different browns for the trunks. Buttons for coconuts. I got the flowers off of a flower arrangement I had at home (little tip for you, if you just buy cheap silk flowers from wal-____, you can take them apart and use them in your pages and it is soo much cheaper) I used alphabet stamps underneath the vellum for a faded look. This is my dad's favorite page....so far.
