These pictures were taken in 2004, just now getting around to scrapping them. This unfinished layout has actually been sitting in my desk for about 6 months. I got my inspiration from a sketch that I saw on another site. I put the stickers on cardstock to give them strength then put them on some foam to have them stand out a little bit.
The journaling reads:
As a Steres family tradition, we like to spend Memorial Day with the Bonanno’s. It’s been going on for years, even before I married into the family. It’s a time for catching up with old friends, eating great food, and doing fun water activities. We are able to go swimming in the pool, take the Jet Ski out for a spin, or ride the boat out onto Lake Willis. This year, we let Bob take us out on the boat. You always have so much fun. You like to go fast with the wind blowing in your face and the feel the waves rock the boat. This year, you and Cass were finally big enough to sit in the captain seat with Bob and help him out. You were so excited! You hopped right up you had a blast

across the lake. We will definitely have to do it again next year! One of these days you will be big enough to ride on the Jet Ski with Daddy.
