Just a quick, simple layout from a recent "photo" day with my mama, my sister, Betty (kzookeeper), and my niece, Sarah (Sarah_Liz). Just look at how well we all matched! LOL!!! The flourish is a clear flourish that I used my alcohol inks on (finally used them!!!) I also used the alcohol ink on the white brad. I used my gold leafing pen on the torn edges of the cardstock. The black frame around the photo is Glitz as is all the teal bling. QK letters - Lemonade. I drew my white borders with a Signo white pen. This was the first time I've tried to take pictures with my tripod and the timer on the camera. Let me tell you...ya gotta be quick to get in the pic!!! LOL! Journaling is tucked behind the matting and reads:

On September 3, 2008, we had a little “girls” day out. Betty, Sarah, and I took Mama to Barnesville, a quaint little town in Georgia, for a photo shoot. I took my tripod so that we could get photos of all of us together. We had lunch at a little tearoom across the street from this little park where we made the pictures. At lunch the waitress told us that they'd been watching us take pictures! She said she thought it must be for something special, since we were dressed in the same colors! We had a great time that day. Mama really seemed to enjoy herself and we got quite a few pictures of her smiling and laughing! A fun day…wish we had done this years ago.
