journaling: you totally shocked me when you came home from preschool one day and asked me to buy you a pair of Jordans. This was the first of this typr of request from you- I later found out that Dominic (from school) had a pair and told you that they made him run really fast and of course you wanted to run really fast, too. You asked me every other day, so I finally caved. I mean you are a very good boy, so why not although they're expensive and you'll probably out of them quickly. I had a $40 store credit from returning a pair of shoes that Pop-Pop bought for you, I added $15 and you got your Jordans! I let you wear them home; as soon as you put them on, you ran to the front of the store. You silly boy, I guess the sneakers really do make you run fast, even if it's in your mind! 2008
