I made this card for a friend that is away at college and feeling homesick. Most of the paper supplies I used are from the summer scrapbook kit in a stack. The blue frame, orange tag, and floral/heart embellishment are from the dollar store:) They're called Miss Elizabeth's Scrapbook Embellishments.
