The top 2 photos were taken in June 05. Claire was constantly scratching, picking, screaming, crying, not sleeping, and irritated. The carpet photo is an example of the blood she would leave after rubbing her legs back and forth on the carpet to try to and help them feel better. The photo on the right, taken two months later in August 05, was when her foot in particular was constantly bleeding and infected. It wouldn't require much to break the skin, it was already so tender and new. I frequently thought Claire looked like a recovering burn victim.
