Here's my take. I figured, what better way to have a surprise in your layout than the theme of secrets and with hidden journaling. Clear stamps (chandelier, tree, "imagine", coffee stain stamp, tag) by Queen Kat Designs.
Vintage ephemera, papers and lace are all from the January kit of Gauche Alchemy.
Journaling:
We all have secret worlds inside of us. A secret fear, a secret love, a secret hope. In order for us to keep on living each day to the fullest, we need to embrace all of ourselves - both the good and bad. It's the only way we can love ourselves. We can't do anything about the past, all the secret things we hate about ourselves. So we move on and forgive. Most especially ourselves, I hope.
There are some people who wish they can be a hero but we need to be our own hero to start with. If we take the step to love ourselves.
Secret dreams, hope and wishes. That's what makes us survive as people: something to live for.
