Hip Hippo-ray Birthday Card

This is a card I mad for my friend's son's 5th bday. I cut the balloon by hand and then added white pen accent. The string for the balloon is actually wire and I attached it to the Hippo's tail. The rest was cut using the Zooballoo Cartridge. The PP is from DCWV Mat Stacks and the ribbon was sent to me by my friend J3Mel
