I made this page as a gift for my niece as part of a whole first year scrapbook. I glued top pink sheet to the bottom quilted page and folder corners and used eyelets to fasten and sewed buttons from michaels the ribbon is pink transparent flat ribbon that i twirled to give a tube effect. there is a journing tag that is attached to a ribbon that hooks onto a button that i also sewed on
