I based this on a card sketch by Melanie Muechinger (SK120608) at PaperCraftPlanet, just reoriented it to make it a vertical card. I used Paper Source's "Eco-whit" cardstock and the patterned cardstock is double sided, designed by Sarah Milne "Gold_Cerulean_Pink Stripe" SR176 from Scenic Route Paper Co's Newport Collection. I've been trying to find ways to use my small scraps, so enter my new flower punch (Paper Source), Tim Holtz distress ink (Scattered Straw), and Mark Richards' Pearls. I water distressed these guys (mostly Marrakech paper from BasicGrey) and I'm pretty happy with the end result. I almost ran a piece of ribbon down the center, but the dbl sided cardstock matched up so perfectly, I didn't want to overaccentuate the seam. I appreciate you looking and your comments!
