By Tammy Andersen. This is the cutest idea that Tammy came up with – a little first aid kit that you can take on your camping trips. This would be a great pre-camp project for Girl Scouts or girl’s youth groups. It’s amazingly flexible and fill-able – you can fit lots of supplies between the pockets. Go to RedCross.org for ideas of what to put in your first aid kit. Size: 4” x 6 ½”. Instructions: Step 1 Open the Coupon File and remove a few of the paper dividers so you end up with four or five evenly spaced pockets with dividers behind them. Step 2 Decorate the inside dividers with alphabet stickers that describe the contents of each section such as Band-Aids, Gauze Pads, etc. You can add additional sticker embellishments to make it cute. Step 3 Cover the outside of the coupon file. Using Forest Sage Green patterned paper decoupage the outside and inside front surfaces of the file. Hint: while the decoupage is wet, close the coupon file so it dries as it is folded over. Step 4 Decorate by adding sticker embellishments as shown. Step 5 Decoupage over the entire project to protect it. Step 6 Fill the Coupon File with First Aid Supplies and go camping!
