I would love to have a bathroom!! I do have a storage room that is Jam packed with holiday decor that could be a perfect spot for a bathroom. Hubby says its not going to happen :) we'll see...

This is so cool. I can't tell from all of the photos how big your space might be. I have thought that the one thing my space is missinig is a dorm-sized fridge. Now I need a fireplace.

My scraproom summer redo

This is what you would see in my room If I walk straight toward the back wall and turn around facing the door which is off to the right (not in photo) These are tables I keep out most of the time. I am a standing scrapper but occasionally I like to sit over here. My daughter and her friends scrap here. The area off to the left is my gift wrapping area. I Have gift bags, Cards & Lots of ribbon. Then right in front of thew tables is my mini fridge that is totally off limits to the kids (They have a fridge right outside the door in the garage) I also have a little electric fire place in this unit and it is a wonderful heat source in the winter...and it looks cute as well :)
