Happened to me just last week when I had to renew my drivers license. Got up on a Saturday , put make up on and did my hair (for my pic) get there & they are closed. The county we live in cut their saturday hours back in June due to budget cuts... ugg

YOu don't drive at all? never met a young person that doesn't drive... I have met a few OLD ladies that had never driven in their lives.

Do you never drive or is it the city you don't drive in. I have certain places I would rather not drive and will do everything I can to get out of it.

I have to get a new license next month because mine expires -- I don't want a new picture:( I'm not planning to be brunette for much longer, and I'll be stuck with a brunette pic for the next 4 years -- they've significantly raised the price so it's not practical to get a new one just to change the pic.
