It is made from a wire mesh CD holder from Target, plastic grid he bought at the hardware store if I remember right and they are zip tied in...one about an inch up from the bottom and the top one about two inches down. I LOVE it! It has handles as you can see so I can turn it up like a basket and carry it to another room if I want. I love that I am able to organize my Copics by color now. They are all in order!!!
