A wedding card with ruffles, made for Moxie Fab World ruffle challenge. I saw this technique on Dawn McVey's blog and knew I had to try it! I stamped the damask stamp in Brilliance black ink and while it was still wet, I sprinkled Martha STewart glitter on top
