This is the first page of my neice and nephew's birthday celebration LO's. I will probably be doing three more. I have no idea if I will be able to make them look like they belong together, but I'm also not so sure I care too much.
Yet another couple of happy mistakes. I was going to do this in pink (instead of the purple) and green but sprayed the Cranberry mist onto my stamped and cut out letters in "present" and immediately decided I needed to go with the purple. And the green cs sheet should be the color of the border strip but I goofed with my new Black Soot ink pad. I blended a wee bit heavy on the edges and was really not liking the effect. So, I decided to break out my green Chalk ink and try to tone it down. Got heavy handed with that too and came up with what I think is a happily more interesting background for the photos. Also interesting... for me was the need to use 4 different alpha font stickers. I did include the names of the two children on the journaling (at the top of the circles) in the same sticker font and color as the age numbers at the lower right of the same circle.
