SHCG: What a cutie and he got a blue ribbon too! Luv the blues, red, yellow/brown colors (same as his fur). I just not sure how the green flower fits in. A close-up of his ribbon might have ties it all together a little more. "food for thought"
SHCG: He's such a ham for the cam! Great use of complementary colors as well as coordinating pps. Nice layering. I like the rub on at the top of the photo. I almost missed his age and date, but I love that you incorporated it into the circle pp. I was going to suggest cutting out a dog bone shape from light brown cardstock with his age and date, then placing it over the bottom left corner of the photo and overlapping the doggy pp. Now, I think the dog bone with just his name. So funny, I bought that same birthday ribbon he's wearing for my schrubby a few years ago. Both of 'em are big dogs! ;)
SHCG: What an adorable dog and LO. The colors are great and I like the flower as it pulls the words of the pp. I think using a black ink around Tanks mat might help a bit. I like how you wrote 6 in many of the circles and put the date in one as well. I would like to see Tank's name on the page somewhere. Did I miss it?
shcg: very cute Jesse! And Happy Birthday Tank! Love the photo of Tank with his ribbon -- what a great pup he is sitting there so nice for you. I like the colors used. I think I'd overlay the flowers on the ribbon over the bottom of the photo a bit to finish this LO up, but it's not a big deal. My only must have change/addition would be to add a year so you know it's his 6th bday.
SHCG - Happy Birthday Tank! I love the bright colors & the layering of the elements cool elements - pp, scalloped border, ribbon.. The pic of the birthday woofer is absolutely adorable! (But you know that already :)) I could see moving the pic down a bit too, but it can work for me as is as well. I was a little surprised at the use of a green flower, as there's no other green here & it's very contrasting. But, given the fun combo of colors, it kinda works the more I look at it... I could also see adding the date somewhere. LOVE these Tank LOs!
SHCG: Great picture of Tank! Love the bright yellow title and the red border and ribbon! I can see the photo pulled down a bit-may be just so the ribbon is on top of it with the flower! Oh, the border on the photo is a very nice touch too! Great lo!
