This layout is just beautiful!! Not to mention the gorgeous baby. I love, love, love the flourish you used. I see where it is from Silhouette. Do you happen to know the actual name or designer of this flourish? I have searched the Silhouette site to no avail to find it. I have a new eight week old granddaughter and I would love to use it on some of her pages. Again, your granddaughter is beautiful. They grow up so fast. I have four, ages 12, 7, 4, and eight weeks. They are my pride and joy!
Ohhh my how in the world did I ever miss this gem??? Wow what beautiful work! So soft & precious! I love the ribbon & bow & that beautiful white flourish!! this is a fav & inspire.... stunning! tfs ;)
So precious - your LO and especially Maggie Elizabeth! Love how the MS border punch and apron lace punch coordinate so well together. The softness of your LO really lets the photo shine through, too.
Susan, this is so precious and girly and that baby picture is just adorable. I can't wait until I 'acquire' my grandchild which I've been told will be five years away - ugh!
The photo is just precious! This LO is so sweet and delicate! Love how you weaved the ribbon! And the swirls and glass beads are soo pretty! Definitely a fave!

Congratulations on such a gorgeous granddaughter! And I love the swirl you made with the Silhouette. I'm getting one for Christmas, and was wondering where you got the file?
I'd like for you to meet my newest granddaughter, Maggie Elizabeth. I haven't scrapped much recently because I've been very busy with work and I spent quite a bit of time with my DD and her family when Maggie was born. I did a layout recently called "waiting for you" when my daughter was expecting and this will be the follow up layout. This is Maggie's hospital photo which is SO much better than the hospital photos I got when my children were born!
The big swirl was cut with my Silhouette, then I coated it with stardust stickles. The glass beads are Robin's Nest flat-sided pink beads. The title work is also cut with the Silhouette. The blooms are from a RAK that Kimmi (superallyfan) sent me for winning a challenge. The border on the right side is a new Martha Stewart punch that punches a looped edge and then about 4 rows of lattice work below it. I wove 1/4 inch ribbon through the lattice work, then added some 3D pink pearly paint dots. I used the Fiskar's apron punch for the boarder around the photo. For the bow, I tied three loopy bows and then left long tails on the bow so that I could loop it to make a photo corner. The journaling is details about Maggie:
Maggie Elizabeth November 16, 2009 10:18 in the morning 8 pounds 9 ounces 19 1/2 inches long
