SHCG: I absolutely LOVE the journaling. I got tears in my eyes reading it. Such a beautiful font and even more beautiful sentiments in the journaling. The ribbon tying the two pages together is great and having the two tree photos in the center of a two page spread is wonderful!

SHCG - (copied from other side) Beautiful LO, Chris! I love how you captured your tree in both its unlit & lit states. Lovely colors/patterns, I really like the mini trees & ribbon tie on the left side. Cool how both sides are kind of mirror images w/ one another. I so love the detailed & sincere journaling (I recognize "Note This" font). I'm so happy to hear that you'll be together this year! And am grateful that you have had a tree to decorate given his past absences. TFS, Chris! :)

SHCG: Funny, I was looking at these in the gallery last night and didnt even realize they were yours. I love how the tree is lighted, and then not. And I love the red!

SHCG: Nice use of complementary colors and then accented with silver. I also like your font and how you've distinguished some key words in red. I know how hard those low light holiday shots can be, because I usually have to take a few test shots. I read that steadying your arm on something sturdy and holding your breath when you take the shot helps with automatic cameras. Love how you have two contrasting tree photos featured in one spread. Spell check: artificial. Happy to read about how special this Christmas will be for the two of you, Chris.
