WOW.. i had the hardest time with this lo!! I dont know how many different papers i had cut up before i decided..YUCK.. i dont like those!! haha..I think my problem was i was trying to use the colors from the picture and it just wasn't working!! SO.. this is what i ended up with!!
The chbd swirls i covered with white paper then inked them and added stickles. TFL!!
