SHCG: This is so adorable, I just love the pics of the kitty on the leash, so cute! Love the paw prints across the top and the matted pics, great job :)
SHCG: I love the paw print trail... too cute! I like the deco edge borders, but I would have chosen one for all of the photos. I am also thrown off by the green; it doesn't seem to fit for me. I like how the peachy pink colors tie in with the I don't fetch embellie. Very cute LO!
Oh, what a cute story. I love those paw prints and that little sticker that says "i don't fetch". On this page, I am honestly not quite sure about the color choices as I found myself noticing the background paper and mattes more than the pictures themselves. Because of your black paw prints I wonder what a black matte would look like around the photos to separate them from the busy background...
I do really like your One Cool Cat vellum print as well!
SHCG: I always love kitty los, so I'm happy to see them uploaded to our group. My Luna never took to the leash, so she remains an indoor kitty unless she sneaks out and gets scolded for it. I really like the colors you worked with, they seem to accentuate her coat. Cute name for a kitty, too. I love the "I Don't Fetch" piece, and the way your title and pawprints connect your spread. I can also see the title thinly matted in that terra cotta color just to give it a little more dimension. I noticed that the last line in your description doesn't appear in your actual journaling. I like that ending, and would've liked to see you use it on your page. More comments and suggestions on the other side.
SHCG - OMG how precious! So cute you took her walking on a leash & got these action shots! I like the soft colors of the background pp. The colorful deco-edged mattes work very well & add a touch of whimsy. I LOVE how the paw prints on the top unite the 2 pages. I could maybe see the date in slightly smaller letters/numbers, because right now it gets as much emphasis as the title. But otherwise, nice work on scrapping a great playful LO to showcase these adorable pics!
My little Persephone was a stray cat that I adopted. She was so use to going outdoors that she would dash out when the door opened. I decided to take her out on a leash so she could explore. She did pretty well for awhile, but she did want to go on her own. When the struggle began, the walk ended.
