Awesome! love how you used the garland!! This looks like you had a wonderful time! The title work is super!! You are a special person Rachel ... working with childrens hospice is really something to be admired! :)
Brilliant, Rachel! Loved the bit about you pinching some of the garlands - it seems we all see stuff of scrapbooking potential wherever we go, don't we? I love the corrugated background to this layout - very clever idea. And it's so heartwarming to see the young people enjoy themselves. A very special layout.
What a lovely page! I love the addition of the garland. Love this clean lines with great pictures. Did you paint the letters yourself? They are perfect for this layout! Nice!
Last page from my Journal Your Christmas album. It was celebrating not only New Year's Eve but the opening of our new hospice for young people, some of whom had never been to a black tie ball before. We were outside at midnight for the fireworks, freezing cold, but it was the best evening! The theme for the evening was black and silver, and the garland was strung round all the pillars of the building with silver - but I pinched some when we cleared up so that I could do this page!
