aaww Donna this is so precious and delicate!!! I can't believe that you were at your home just few hours that she was born!! wow, you look so pretty ! what a beautiful photo !! love those flowers with the bling!! absolutely beautiful.
Your end result is beautiful here. I really love that border punch you used. Must be a new MS. The colors, the design and the embellishments on this are just perfect. I love the way you did the flourishes with the roses. Great job by the way on those. It's all just so beautiful and sweet.
This is so pretty and sweet. Love the "lace" peeking through the torn bits. Lovely flowers and flourishes. I scrap that way ALL the time....laying things down and picking them up...adhering and changing my mind, ripping stuff and hiding the rips..shoving things around. It's all part of the creative process and it actually works! This is a great layout.
Absolutley breathtaking! I love your choice of colors, and all the layers and layers of lacey borders - especiallyw here you have them peeking out from the torn edges. Gorgeous. I'd love to know what font cartridge you used for the word "home". You can tell you spent a lot of time getting this just right!
Donna! You really rocked this layout! It is sweet and simple! And your photo is amazing - what a sweet, wonderful picture. (I do that all the time - pull paper up and have tears, etc.) I see you used your cricut, too!!!
Ooooh beautiful!! Love the soft colors!! ur roses look cute! and the smaller ones look great too! LOVE the little tears=) I am so happy to hear I inspire you!=) But one thing....15 hours after she was born?! Holy moly you look good! I looked like death lol. She is such a cutie! I wish little man was that little again...wait no, I take that back! This was beautifully done Donna! A FAV!
what a gorgeous sweet memorable page for you and your d/d to look back on in the future, my she was alil cutie too, and the flowers and bling adorable placed on those adorable cute papers
Photo is of me and my DD the day we brought her home from the hospital, just 15 hours after she was born. She would have been born at home if I'd had it my way, but my DH just would not get on board with that idea! I had such a hard time with this LO!! I don't know HOW MANY layers I glued down only to pull them back up, usually leaving me with torn paper to cover up! UGHH!!! I just wanted this to be simple and I am finally happy with the results! =-) I made the roses using Gabrielle's tutorial, was inspired to try these as well as the smaller flowers by my very talented friend Karen W. Thanks Karen, you inspire me to try new things all the time!! Anyways...thank you so much for taking a look!
