Journaling block: "The kids at OCSI have very few things to lay with outside. There was one nice jungle gym, but it was usually too hot to use it. So, other than a few swings, they mostly played with balls and some hoola hoops. But I was amazed at how creative they could be with these basic items and how happy there were with so little. american kids (and adults) could learn a lot from them!!" Journaling strips: "Each of the kids has one of these adorable little yellow hats. It provides shade for their faces and protects their necks from the intense heat and sun. I thought they were so cute!"
