I used an older paper line from Cloud 9 & accented with the coordinating epoxy paper clips & chipboard stickers. I used 2 different ribbons & created a 3rd ribbon with "Tacky Tape" and lime green glitter. The edges are all inked with CTMH "Twilight" blue ink.
