Here is the first baby Cardinal just before he took his final hop out of the nest...then to another branch, then to the wires attached to the house, then he flew off. The other little guy then took his turn drying his feathers. We had to go out today, so we didn't get to see him leave, but we had an empty nest when we got home...such a great experience!
