I used more of the great paper that I found at Big Lots and then I cut hearts out of some scrap paper left from the last LO. I used some left over letters from multiple 3-d sticker packs and dog bone ribbon with a pre-made tag and the journaling reads: Angie has some serious all-day morning breath, but she's so cute her daddy still loves her kisses! I used a Fiskars paper crimper for the paper behind photo and 2 titles.
