I use reinkers (of any kind) water, and PearlEX. if you don't have pearlex then you can take your shimmer eye shadow and crush that. My mom used eye shadow and it worked fine. I also use the mini misters but any spray bottle will work (I also use the 1.99 bottles at Micheals) A couple of drops of reinker, using the end of a popsicle stick include your shimmer, fill the rest with water. Doesn't take that long to dry. You may have to adjust the amount of reinker depending on amount of water used.

Glimmer ink Recipe

I am a cheapskate and refuse to pay 7 dollars for a spray bottle of Glimmer Mist so I did some experimenting and came up with my own.
I have done aqua which is shown and brown which did not work.
Recipe is:
Dr. Phil Martins BOMBAY India ink (aqua) 3 droppers full
less than or equal to 1/2 a capful of rubbing alcohol
SHIMMERING eyeshadow I used a lilac color
and
ULTRA FINE glitter (blue ultra fine) Scintillement Crystal (the cheapest stuff you can buy @ Michaels)
Mix it all together and I applied it with a paint bruch it is kinda messy so put something under the paper, I would recommend using cardstock. It does take about 1/2hour to dry.
I hope some others try this, and please let me know if you come up with a better solution I would love to know!
