I think this page is just amazing, I love the little owl and how all the distressing works so well together and the different tons of brown, awesome job!
I had to go to Tulsa to pick up a camp horse on a Monday after work (at least a five hour round trip) and even though DH was every bit as tired as I was, he was happy to go with me so I didn't have to go alone. He even filled up my gas tank.
This is my entry for
February's Chippie Challenge Week 3 Page Maps
It's also my inspiration project for my February Monochrome Challenge - Week 2, neutrals with a birds twist - and I'll be putting it into my Project 365 album.
I love my new Zutter Distress It All tool. It makes distressing edges a SNAP!
The title letters are a combination of Thickers by American Crafts, rubons by Memory Greetings, and stickers by Deja Views. The little branch the Chippie is sitting on was a Hambly rubon, but it did not come off well, and I ended up having to use a StampinUP marker to fill in the holes. It turned out ok, but I won't buy those again - they were more trouble than they were worth.
I'm not really sure about the papers - most of them came out of my scrap box. But they sure went together pretty, I think.
