Our last snow in Little Rock area was 1/10/11. My DH worked from home that day, snow day from school, and we took a bit to play. I've already scrapped the snowman photos, so I wanted to scrap the snow dog my DH made. He said it was a "long dog" like our dachshunds, Minnie & Oscar. He has a twig tail, acorn nose, and saw tooth oak leaves for ears. I LOVED him. Our dogs weren't impressed with the snow or the snow dog cousin! LOL Their bellies and private parts drag the wet, so they aren't big fans of cold and snow.

The crochet snow flake was a deeply discounted Christmas ornament at Ms. Continuing to try and use scraps as often as I can -- The rusty redish brown in the border and in the matting is all scraps.

Thanks to my friend, Debbie, for the dachshund dictionary listing, and for the bone tag! More Debbie love on my pages!

*Note I modified the Jolees Snowmen -- I cut off the skates... LOL My DH was like how mean! Silly, Snowmen don't skate!

I love the new Hot Chocolate line, but made myself use similar papers from my stash! My mantra this year is shop your stash first!
