I did this lo for a challenge on another site. The challenge was:

1. To use the primary colors (red, yellow, blue) as your color scheme
2. To have at least one shape on your page
3. The page must contain some type of border.

I matted the background pp onto a piece of textured paper. I made the photo mat by weaving strips of striped pp and adhering them to the brown cs mat then folded the ends of the strips. I adhered the double mat to the background pp and stitched a border. I matted the pic onto blue cs and distressed the edges of the mat, then adhered it to the woven mat using foam adhesive. I distressed the metal stars with glimmer mists and a heat gun and some ink and adhered them to the strips of pp on the mat. I cut out the layered stars and sanded the edges , then stitched around the smaller star. I stacked the stars, using foam adhesive and added the chipboard.
I made the banner by fussy cutting triangles rom a piece of star pp, I cut so that there was one star on each triangle, then matted the traingle onto red cs, adhered them to the page, then ued a piece of "rope" that had adhesive and added that to the top of the triangles, then used tiny attacher staples at the ends.

"Rodeo" was printed on the background pp, so I just stitched the word "clown" with blue and inked it with distress ink. I fussy cut stars from pp and adhered them to the page. I stamped and inked some strips of "leather" and used an extra metal star to attach them to the title.
